Christoph Horbach is responsible for business development and institutional fund management. Besides supporting investors, his role particularly includes developing further business lines and the international expansion of HT Group. Christoph Horbach began his career in the finance and real estate sector 15 years ago and has held managerial positions with ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, Lloyd Fonds AG and Paramount Group, New York. Before joining HT Group, he spent five years as CEO of his family's medium-sized business, which he grew into a leading European service provider.

Aldert Lobik's core responsibilities at HT Group lie in finance and accounting, controlling, organisation and risk management, which he has decisively shaped and developed since joining the company. The current CFO of HT Group and Director of our investment management company brings 20 years of expertise in real estate finance. His previous roles have included fund management for MPC Capital AG, where he headed up the real estate fund and was responsible for the global real estate portfolio. Previously, Aldert Lobik held managerial roles with retail and logistics companies.

As Managing Director of HT Immobilien Management, Udo Stöckl is responsible for the entire acquisition process of all real estate objects of HT Group for Germany and Austria. He most recently demonstrated his international industry expertise as Strategic Board Advisor for CTP. Prior to that, as spokesman for the management board of Avison Young, he led for seven years the company’s build-up and development in Germany from the Frankfurt office. He gained international experience as European Investment Manager in Toronto.

With his extensive know-how, Timo Singer heads up the ever-growing Asset Management Team for HT Group. He has accumulated and proven his experience over twenty years in various roles with international companies. This included a six-year spell as Head of Portfolio Strategy for Generali Deutschland Immobilien GmbH and eight years as Senior Vice President at Cerberus Global Investment B.V.
