- Investment in sustainable, high-quality office and residential properties (new and existing properties) in Germany.
- The geographical focus is on large cities and metropolitan regions as well as medium-sized cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. The locations should show positive development trends.
- Asset selection: Based on an ESG scoring model that takes into account a specific catalog of requirements from the environmental areas of energy/climate protection, circular economy, and biodiversity; from the social areas of promoting health in the workplace, inclusion of physically disadvantaged employees, and work-life balance; and from the governance aspects of compliance with ethical standards and measures to prevent corruption.
